Accommodations Choose from 8 State Rooms on the Ratu Motu divided onto two decks in four cabin classes. Relax in the bright and spacious cabins as you enjoy the most well appointed and equipped vessel in West Sumatra. Awake to a new destination each morning, as large windows frame ever-changing views of a land time forgot.
All Ratu Motu cabins are air-conditioned with ensuite facilities and equipped with Plasma/LCD screen televisions, internet connection, DVD players and Apple TV, all in the comfort of your State Room. Cabins are serviced twice daily.
MAIN DECK The Main deck provides four (4) deluxe double berth staterooms, each with a single queen sized bed, desk, ensuite facilities, TV, surround sound, DVD, Apple TV, satellite phone, and email communication. Two of these cabins offer additional luxuries and also include dual hand basins in the ensuites. All upper deck cabins include large viewing windows providing a bright airy feel.
LOWER DECK There are four (4) double berth staterooms each configured with a double bed, desk, ensuite facilities, TV, surround sound, DVD, Apple TV, satellite phone and email communication. Also on this deck are three (3) two berth cabins with tiered single bunks, one of these with ensuite facilities, two with shared showers and WC amenities. Additional two berth cabins are available by arrangement.
OBSERVATION DECK At the stern of the ship on the upper level, the Observation Deck provides an opportunity to relax in the shade while enjoying an uninterrupted view of the horizon from the comfort of your lounge chair or at the alfresco bar. We find this area the perfect afternoon meeting place to share a drink, enjoy the sunset and reflect on the day’s activities while you await your gourmet culinary experience.
SUN DECK Situated forward of the Bridge on the Upper Deck you will find a spacious sun lounge. With plush cushioned seating and comfortable day beds, it is an exceptional location to enjoy secluded sunbathing or an intimate evening drink under the stars. The sun lounge also offers a panoramic view of your surroundings when the vessel is underway between anchorages.
SWIM PLATFORM Right on the waterline at the stern of the ship provides a large swim platform and ladder. This allows effortless access to the water for scuba diving, snorkeling or swimming.

Dining Meals are all-inclusive – with the exception of select alcoholic beverages – aboard the Ratu Motu and have been designed to emphasize fresh, healthy, super-food/performance- enhancing nourishment to maintain peak energy levels during the experience. The Chef has a bevy of unique dishes at the ready as well as the ability to provide a custom menu upon request prior to arrival. Our guest concierge will contact the guest representative prior to the trip to personalize all food and beverage needs so no detail is overlooked while onboard the Ratu Motu. Meals vary between buffet and table service, shared in the company of other passengers. Feel free to dine in the air-conditioned dining room or one of the al fresco areas of the ship.

Breakfast Breakfast is typically served in the open air of our Observation Deck area from 7.00am to 8.00 am and includes everything from fresh fruit salad, various cereals, bacon and eggs, French toast, banana pancakes and omelettes. There’s always plenty of fresh toast and all the various spreads.
Lunch A sit-down affair served after guests return from the morning surf session and activities. Lunch times vary from 11.00am to 2.00pm and are served in the Main Cabin dining area. The lunch menu changes daily and you will generally not eat the same meal twice during your stay. Some of the lunch offerings may include fresh salads and cold meats, sandwich selections, burgers & fries, pastas, Mexican buffets or a traditional lunch of Indonesian “Nasi Champur”.
Evening Bar Snacks A tradition has been built across the years serving fresh seafood snacks around sunset drinks, or when guests return from the day of activities. These vary from sashimi , king prawns or calamari all fresh from the local fishermen. Nothing tastes better than a snack and a cold beer after a day on the ocean.
Dinner Dinner is the pride & joy of Chef Andre and is certainly a no-holds-barred affair. Whole grilled fresh reef fish, roasted meats, traditional Indonesian banquets, mud crabs, curries, crumbed or grilled fish, pasta dishes, a variety of fresh salads including green salads, exotic fruits, the list goes on.
Dessert Usually a hand-prepared dessert.. Chef Andre makes everything from ice cream to cakes, pies, and traditional desserts.
BEACH BARBECUE One of the many empty beaches we visit is the perfect spot for a memorable finish to the day while enjoying an amazing meal prepared table side.
LOUNGE A relaxing spot to enjoy after dinner, the indoor lounge is ideal for swapping stories, review the day's highlights captured by the resident photographer or curl up with a book, magazine, DVD, music or board game. Drinks and refreshments are available throughout the day.
OUTDOOR BAR The outdoor bar is located at the rear of the ship and provides you with the opportunity to enjoy the day or evening while taking in all of the sights and sounds. The bar is always fully stocked with western and local beverages, while also including an unmatched collection of international wines. In addition, we will accommodate all specific beverage requests with appropriate notification.
