Delicious Dave

Delicious Dave (Thorne) is a catering and traveling chef based out of Anchorage, Alaska. He specializes in locally grown produce, seafood, and meat. A native of Anchorage, Delicious Dave was trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He has spent his career living and cooking around the world, shaping his cooking techniques. From Glacier Bay to Carnegie Hall to Adelaide Australia, Delicious Dave is passionate about serving and eating local food. We look forward to his cooking each season in Alaska and can't wait for when he joins us in 2023!
