Justin Smith

Justin is a chef that pulls his inspiration from his lust for adventure. Raised on Mexican street food and educated in chemistry in conjunction with his blue-collar and hands-on nature have left Justin with a unique set of culinary skills. He has studied under many greats from Europe to Fiji, but would rather we not tell you about that, as he puts it.. Blah. But in all truth he has become a true master of his craft, and is a chef we are always excited to host when he can sneak away from his twins in Kauai and make it to Alaska.
